The statistics are scary. Women are 2-8 times more likely to injure their knee and in paricular their ACL than men.  Everyone knows of at least one person and maybe you have done it yourself.

You've heard Sam's story but tell us yours.  How did it happen? What was your recovery like? Has it happened since?

As we promised here are a couple of additional resources on some good marketing campaigns for women's football. These campaigns we like because they show the best of the game without objectification of the players. Smart and creative. We want to see lots more of this!

Tell us in the comments how you think the women's game should be marketed, why do you go to games and how can we get more people to games.  We will read posts out on next week's show.
